This drawing was done as gift for one of my friends. The place really exists - we took it over for one night and had a really great party. Maybe I'm gonna live there a while, too - once the weather gets better.
The drawing was done with a fineline felt-pen... I just didn't have the time to use a ballpoint this time. Well, I hope you like this anyway.

I really like how this piece was done, you said it really exists and you can almost feel that from this piece. So much life to it, so many various personal touches, nicely done!
